Me, too. It’s the one thing I really really like about Windows Explorer.

Is it just me or do they look … icky? They take the worst aspects of transparency, glass, etc. and just overdo it massively.

Hmm. Not sure how I feel about this. Doesn’t strike me as exactly kosher, civil liberties-wise, but it also strikes me as perhaps necessary given the circumstances. But would it be effective or just make people FEEL safe? I don’t know …
