‘Every Friday, they each get tickets (purple for one kid, green for the other) that can be redeemed for ½ hour of “TV” time. I keep them on the fridge, so the kids can access them easily. ” Not a bad idea, whenever I have kids.

Re “A man was fined $650 for *linking* to porn in Hong Kong”
============================================
I’ve come across a couple of EULA attempts to restrict hyperlinks:
* http://www.consumerist.com/consumer/legal/
* http://www.wikidot.com/legal:terms-of-service (Note item 2 of the first list in the section “Prohibited content and usage”. Taken strictly this implies that Wikipedia, among others, cannot be linked to.)
In fact, according to one interpretation of the DMCA, which has been upheld by the US court of appeals, linking may sometimes be forbidden: see section “What about just linking to a place where the key is posted?” in http://www.eff.org/deeplinks/archives/005229.php
