Wow. From these video clips, Carlos Mencia appears to just lift, wholesale, material from past comedians:

Also, he makes fun of Mexicans and Chicanos, because he appears to be one, but he’s not — he’s Honduran. It makes a lot of his comedy rather bigoted, in perspective. And I really don’t think he’s that great of a comedian, anyway.
